YLabs is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our growing operations team and assist in the planning and coordination of our programatic and organizational goals. You’ll be working with a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team that combines expertise in health, economics, and design. The ideal candidate has a passion for working in partnership with young people, is collaborative, and is ready to jump in and help where needed across the organization.
Administrative support to projects, including, organizing travel, procurement of supplies, and tracking expenses;
Support the planning of internal meetings, events, and team-building activities to ensure team growth and wellness;
Work with operations team to coordinate project reporting;
General office management in order to bolster a creative, vibrant, and supportive working environment;
Create and maintain internal systems to collaborate and share knowledge;
Assist with fundraising activities;
Maintain a calendar of upcoming funding opportunities;
Develop and maintain a client management database;
Work with the marketing and communications team to support our dissemination strategy.

The idea candidate has:
A bachelor's degree or relevant experience;
Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, KeyNote;
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities;
A can-do positive attitude;
Excellent written and oral communication;
The ability and track record to see projects through to completion.
Bonus points if they have:
Experience working in a non-profit;
Project or program coordination experience;
Previous experience working on health, education or employment programs;
Professional fluency in a second language.
